Youth & Adult Outpatient Services

LifeWorks NW takes an integrated, team-based approach to care that works collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes and better health for the youth and adult clients we serve. We provide mental health and addiction outpatient services throughout the Portland Oregon area in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Early Assessment & Support Alliance (EASA) Program
Provides individual/family support, education, advocacy, and treatment to persons aged 12 to 24 who are experiencing emerging symptoms of psychosis. The program also has a robust family component, including multi-family groups. EASA serves individuals who are publicly or privately insured or who have no insurance.

Transition Age Youth (TAY) and Transition Age Youth Intensive Services (TAYIS) Programs
Serve clients between ages 16 to 24 with severe mental illness. Focus of treatment is client centered and strengths-based. Treatment services include individual/group skills training, supported employment/education, supported housing, life skills and psychiatric treatment. Services are oriented towards young adults transitioning into independence.

STRIDE (Strengthening Tools for Recovery, Independence, Determination and Empowerment)
Connects 14 to 25-year-olds to services that support well-being and independence. Services include peer support, case management, outreach and engagement.

Adult Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program
Provides outpatient and intensive outpatient services for adults dealing with alcohol and drug
problems.

Hispanic Adult Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program
Provides bilingual, culturally specific outpatient and intensive outpatient services for Latino adults dealing with alcohol and drug problems.

Women’s Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program
Provides intensive outpatient substance use disorder services, including mental health and parenting to women in the recovery process that are involved with DHS.

DUII Adult Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program
Provides outpatient services for adults required to receive treatment as part of a DUI sentence.

Adult Outpatient Mental Health Program Provides counseling services tailored to a wide range of needs through individual and group therapy.
