Diane Rogers, CADC II, QMHA

Diane sees clients in our Addiction Treatment & Recovery program at our Beaverton site. Diane has lived experience in substance use recovery and is a U.S. veteran.

Diane says, “I believe in a strength-based approach. I work mainly with outpatient clients on identifying your unique triggers, developing healthy coping skills, and understanding the underlying causes of your addiction. I also manage level I clients who are wanting to work on recovery skills, get through a legal process, or are involved with probation or DHS child welfare.”

Practices and modalities Diane uses include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Trauma-Informed Care
Motivational Interviewing
Harm Reduction

“It is hugely rewarding to see someone come into the program broken and hopeless start to apply skills learned in group,” says Diane. “Then, when they leave, they are upbeat and motivated to continue to work on change.”

Outside of work, Diane enjoys playing video games, hanging out with her cats, and relaxing.
