LifeWorks NW offers addiction treatment and mental health services in live-in programs for young adults and adults. Each program is unique, but all offer safe, comfortable care focused on each person’s needs.

Residential treatment provides a safe place to live while you get mental health or addiction care. Staff at all our treatment homes and centers are available 24/7. You may live with others who understand what you are going through.
We offer two residential treatment programs for women and mothers recovering from addiction. Clients in both programs can live on-site with their children while in treatment. You do not need a referral to get started.
NE Portland
Offers substance use and mental health services to women from all backgrounds, with a focus on the African American community. Children attend Project Network’s daycare while their mothers participate in individual and group therapy and work on recovery.

Hillsboro
Offers residential addiction treatment and mental health services to women and children in a calm, rural setting. Children are cared for at Mountaindale’s on-site daycare while their mothers go to therapy and build life skills.

Our residential treatment homes provide supportive spaces for young adults and adults living with mental illness.
NW Portland
A mixed-gender, live-in program for young adults ages 17 to 25 with mental illness. Mental health professionals, occupational therapists, and mentors help residents learn daily living skills and gain independence.
SE Portland
Two side-by-side residential home for men living with severe mental illness. Services include mental health care, life skills support, and help becoming part of the community.
SW Portland
A small residential home for men with mental illness. Residents focus on daily skills and greater independence in a supportive space.
