Meeting community psychiatric needs through collaborative care

As demand for psychiatric care grows and access to psychiatrists shrinks, behavioral health teams are finding new ways to meet community needs. This session will explore how collaborative models bring together psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, psychologists, mental health therapists, peer support specialists, and other professionals to expand access to care. Panelists will discuss how this approach works and how it may shape the future of psychiatric care in Oregon and beyond.
