Addiction treatment & recovery
Living with addiction can feel like it slowly takes up more and more space in your life, until it’s at the center of everything. Asking for help is hard, but recovery is possible. If your drinking, gambling, or drug use is causing problems in your life, we will meet you where you are to find care that fits your needs.
Treatment works
Addiction is complex. Our team is here to help you every step of the way. We offer care for teens and adults at different levels, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential treatment. Our counselors will help you understand your substance use or gambling, set goals, and build recovery skills.
How we help
We can help you when drugs, alcohol gambling begin to disrupt your life or feel out of control.
Recovery is different for each person. For our outpatient programs, you may decide that you want standard outpatient counseling or our more intensive program. What your recovery looks like is up to you, but we know consistency makes a difference. People often need more support when they start treatment and gradually step down to less frequent groups and counseling.
Our team will work with you to build the skills and support you need to regain stability from:
- Alcohol
- Fentanyl
- Ketamine
- Kratom
- Marijuana
- Methamphetamine (Meth)
- Opioids
- Gambling
While at LifeWorks NW, you will have a team of specialists supporting you. You may work with addictions counselors, peer mentors, mental health therapists, and others. We provide:
- Individual and group counseling
- Individual peer recovery mentoring and support
- Clean and sober outings with recovery mentors
- Integration with mental health services, if needed
- Family sessions and support groups
- Child care while caregivers/parents are in treatment sessions
DUII diversion and support
Getting a DUII can turn your life upside down. There are legal and financial consequences, and you will need to look at how alcohol or drug use led to the DUII. We can help you understand the steps you need to take for court and DMV requirements and support you as you make positive changes. This includes one-one-one and group counseling. We offer flexible schedules, including evenings, with in-person or online options
Residential treatment programs for women and mothers
LifeWorks NW has a long history of supporting pregnant and parenting women who struggle with drugs or alcohol. Our residential programs, sometimes called alcohol or drug rehab, provide a welcoming place where your child or children (birth to 8 ½ years old) can live with you while in treatment. Our team will work with you to support substance use recovery, parenting skills, family relationships, mental health, and healing from trauma.
