Youth Outpatient Addiction Treatment and Recovery

Teens struggling with drugs and alcohol have different needs than adults. Our Youth Outpatient Addiction Treatment and Recovery program specializes in substance use disorder services for young people, ages 12 to 18. Taking the first step is sometimes the hardest part. If you have concerns about your or your loved one’s drug or alcohol use, our team is here to help.

We offer:

• Individual and group counseling
• Family sessions and support groups
• Peer recovery mentoring from someone who has a similar lived experience
• Sober outings with recovery mentors
• Integrated mental health services with our Child & Family Outpatient Mental Health team, if needed

Services are available at our five outpatient locations across the Portland area. You don’t need a referral to get started with services.
