Adult Outpatient Mental Health Services

Mental health challenges can affect what matters most to you and make everyday life difficult. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, you don’t have to face it alone.

Our Adult Outpatient Mental Health (AOP) program provides counseling services through individual and group therapy. In this program, you attend scheduled appointments in person at one of five clinics across the Portland area or via telehealth.

A few of the mental health concerns we treat include:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Trauma/Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

“We act as your strategic partners, collaborating with you to amplify the internal strengths and resilience you already possess,” says Alyx Walker, Program Director, AOP.

How we help

Specialists in our program use a team-based approach to best support your needs and goals. From traditional one-on-one therapy to group classes and workshops, we believe everybody should access care in a way that works for them.

People with more complex mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, may participate in our Enhanced Adult Mental Health Services program.

Your mental health matters. Our counselors are ready to meet you where you are and find the right support to fit your needs.

Who we help

Our AOP program is for people 18 years old and above. You don’t need a referral to get started.

We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP)/Care Oregon.
