Zachary Drake
Zachary takes an individualized approach to each family he works with, letting your goals and needs be the driving force behind treatment. Some of the tools he uses include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Systemic Family Therapy (SFT). Treatment gives youth of all ages skills and knowledge that will support sustainable mental health for the rest of their lives. At all times, Zachar’s work is guided by his values of empathy, acceptance, and compassion for all.
He works with youth and families, with a focus on anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and relationships.

Zachary became a provider to help make mental health care accessible to everyone. He enjoys seeing clients surprise themselves with the things they can accomplish and overcome. Outside of work, he enjoys making music and hiking.
