The Children’s Relief Nursery model gives families the opportunity to build healthy relationships and foster early childhood development in kids ages 0 to 5.
Families in LifeWorks NW’s three Children’s Relief Nursery programs have an average of 12 risk factors. The interventions and supports Relief Nurseries provide break the cycle and give families the tools they need to thrive.

Now through December 31, a generous grant from the Ed Cauduro Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation will double your impact by matching every donation made to the Children’s Relief Nurseries, up to a total match of $10,000.
Client story: Children’s Relief Nursery helps rebuild parenting confidence
Raine’s life was spinning out of control. Pregnant with twins, she felt hopeless, depressed, and barely able to get out of bed in the morning. Though she knew she had to take care of her family, she used drugs to counter her depression. This cycle left her unable to care for her two older children, who were ultimately removed from her home.
