Zenith is a residential transition program for young adults ages 17–25. It supports people living with serious mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and severe depression. The program offers a supportive home where residents can focus on mental health, build daily living skills, and gain independence. Most young adults stay for 12–18 months, with a structured plan tailored to their goals.

Our staff of mental health professionals and occupational therapists can help with:

  • Exploring education and career pathways
  • Mental health treatment
  • Connecting with community supports and resources

Young adults in this program take an active role in their care. They work closely with staff to build independence, practice daily living skills, and prepare for the next steps in their education, work, and community life.

"We have the unique opportunity to be able to support these young adults in the beginning stages of their journey through mental health," says Whitney, Residential Administrator at Zenith. "To be able to work with them at the beginning allows us to instill hope, normalcy, and education for their future."
