Jessica sees adults at our King site. She focuses on the give and take of building relationships with clients, where client and therapist become allies. Her relationship style is genuine, dynamic, and attuned. Whether working on distressing relationships, stressful situations, memories, thoughts, or feelings, she finds meaning in identifying personal strengths and paying attention to emotions She also work from the social work perspective, acknowledging that individual mental health problems cannot be understood in isolation from cultural and historical conditions.
