We’re Available to Serve You During COVID-19

COVID-19

Masks Still Required

While the mask mandate has been lifted for most settings in Oregon, they’re still required indoors in healthcare settings, including at LifeWorks NW. We are asking visitors to wear medical-grade masks rather than cloth masks. If you don’t have an appropriate mask, they are available in the reception area at our sites.

While we’re excited that a decrease in COVID-19 cases is allowing us to provide greater in-person services again, we are committed to maintaining Telehealth options for our staff and consumers using phone or video conferencing.

If you need us, we're here to serve you. If you or someone you care about needs help, please call 503-645-9010 or email intake@lifeworksnw.org for an appointment.

All of our sites throughout the Tri-Counties--Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington—are open for in-person or Telehealth appointments.

And all of our residential services for mental health and addiction services are open and still accepting clients.

Our staff is very knowledgeable and conscientious about safety, disinfecting and all appropriate steps to support the health of both consumers and staff. Our focus is on caring for everyone’s physical safety as well as your behavioral health and well-being.
