We're Serving New and Current Consumers at ALL SITES

If you need us, we're here to serve you. If you or someone you care about needs help, please call 503-645-9010 or email intake@lifeworksnw.org for an appointment. All of our sites are open for Telehealth—both individually and for group sessions—using phone or video conferencing based on the clients’ preferences.

Current consumers can work with your regular clinician. New consumers will be paired with clinicians in your area for long-range support, both during and after the COVID-19 outbreak.

In each of the Tri-Counties, Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington, we also have an outpatient site open for those who need in-person services, like medication dispensing, injectables or crisis situations.

All our residential services for mental health and addiction services are open and still accepting clients.

Our staff is very knowledgeable and conscientious about safety, disinfecting and all appropriate steps to support the health of both consumers and staff. Our focus is caring for everyone’s physical safety, while recognizing your behavioral health and wellbeing are just as important.
