Teresa Learn is the Chief Financial Officer for CareOregon, a non-profit Medicaid managed care organization serving over 500,000 members. In 17 years with CareOregon, Teresa has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of Medicaid financing, critical to LifeWorks NW operations. Her leadership approach focuses on listening well and collaborating to address frequent challenges in the health care environment.
Teresa graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in business administration. She has worked in public accounting, biotech, and for eight years as controller of a Portland-area physicians group. She has served on the board of Neighborhood Health Center and the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation. Teresa enjoys spending time with family, including her two grown daughters, biking, gardening, and attempting to stay awake long enough to make progress on novels.
