Jeff Uncapher came to Portland from the Washington, D.C. area as part of a job transfer with United Airlines, where he worked for 30 years, before recently retiring. While in DC, Jeff was involved with two nonprofits that develop and support minority and women-owned businesses, including serving as President and CEO for several years. He was also an active member of the DC, Virginia and West Virginia National Guards. Jeff received a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and has previously served on the LifeWorks NW board.
