Diane Benavides Wille is LifeWorks NW’s vice president of Equity, Inclusion and Workforce Development. She joined the agency in 2005 as practicum student in Child and Family Services, then transitioned to Intensive Community-based Treatment Service where she advanced to program director in 2008. Diane has managed several programs in Child and Family Services and joined the Quality Management team in 2012. In 2014, Diane became the Director of Diversity Development and was chosen by the National Council for Behavioral Health as part of the inaugural class for Addressing Health Disparities Leadership Program. She is a licensed professional counselor and certified drug counselor.
