Cameron Williams has more than 20 years of experience working in the risk management and insurance fields for several leading Oregon-based organizations. He currently works as the global risk manager for Columbia Sportswear, where he is responsible for building and maintaining a risk-based organizational structure to include risk financing, risk control, and business continuity.
Cameron spent 10 years working for Nike Inc., where he was responsible for managing the global risk control function for multiple regions, integrating strategic planning and organizational development globally. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance from Oregon State University.
Cameron is a member of the Archdiocese of Oregon Finance Committee, 1993-2005 member and past society delegate of the Oregon Chapter of Risk and Insurance Management Society and board member for 11 years. Cameron also volunteers as a mentor for St. Mary’s Home for Boys.
