Anxiety

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is the body’s natural response to stress. While many people experience manageable anxiety, for some, anxiety creates symptoms of intense fear or panic. If symptoms persist longer than 6 months, it could be an anxiety disorder and can often interfere with a person’s everyday life.
