Provides intake assessments, individual/group alcohol and drug counseling, case management, gender specific groups, urinalysis collection, clinical documentation and coordinates with referral sources. CADC I or II required, BA or MA preferred. Experience with the cultural norms of the African American population, outpatient treatment, awareness of gender specific issues, and familiarity with the N/NE community and referral sources such as DHS, DUI courts, Mental Health and corrections. Knowledge of ASAM, OARS, evidence based practices, program compliance and quality assurance. Working knowledge of computer. Minimum of 2 years experience in the chemical dependency field. Potential for full time.
